Men’s keratin treatment at Jason Makki Salon costs AED 550 for short hair, AED 650 for medium hair and AED 999 for long hair. Every price includes a hair consultation, the treatment, sealing, styling and aftercare guidance. Treatment takes 2 to 6 hours depending on length and density.

How We Smooth and Shape Your Hair After a Transplant
The fix is two services that work together. Keratin treatment after a hair transplant calms the curl and frizz. A haircut then shapes the result so the transplanted and natural hair look like one head of hair. You book them separately and can have both in the same visit.
Consultation
Your specialist looks at the texture of your transplanted hair and your natural hair side by side. They ask about your transplant and whether your surgeon has cleared you for salon treatments, and agree the result you want before anything starts.
Keratin Smoothing
A formaldehyde-free keratin formula is applied section by section, then sealed with heat set for your hair type. Curl and frizz relax, so the new hair sits closer to the rest, while natural movement stays. You can wash your hair the same day, and the result lasts up to six months.
Many clients ask us for hair straightening or hair smoothening after a hair transplant. A Haircut
That Blends Your New Hairline A transplanted hairline often grows at a different density from the hair behind it. Your barber uses texturising and layering to soften that line, so it reads as one shape rather than two. If you would rather keep some curl, ask about our curly haircut for men.
When Can You Book After Your Transplant?
Book once your surgeon confirms your scalp has healed and you are cleared for salon treatments. Every clinic gives its own aftercare timeline, so we follow your surgeon's advice rather than a fixed number of weeks. At your consultation we ask about your transplant before we begin.
If you are unsure, ask your clinic and bring their aftercare notes with you. If anything about your scalp concerns us on the day, we will not go ahead.
Who Does Your Treatment
Keratin at Jason Makki Salon is led by Mo, our keratin specialist. Senior barbers Ali and Yousef are also certified in the Jason Makki Keratin System. All three were trained and signed off personally by master hairstylist Jason Makki.
For the haircut, you can book the Master Haircut with Jason Makki or a cut with senior barber Ali or Yousef. Each has more than 10 years of experience and was trained by Jason.
