When you book an appointment, fill in a form, or message us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred services, appointment history, and any notes you share with us, such as hair or skin preferences or product sensitivities that help us serve you safely.
Information collected automatically. When you browse our website, we and our service providers collect technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and how you arrived at our site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we book and communicate with you

You can book with us through our website booking system, through third-party booking platforms, by WhatsApp, or by phone. When you book through a third-party platform, that provider also processes your data under its own privacy policy. Messages sent to us on WhatsApp are handled through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta.

How we use your information

We use your data to manage and confirm appointments, send reminders, respond to your enquiries, remember your service preferences, apply our cancellation and no-show policy, maintain and improve our website, understand how visitors use our site, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Marketing messages

With your consent, we may send you offers, news, and promotions by email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link, replying STOP, or contacting us at info@jasonmakki.com. Opting out of marketing will not affect appointment-related messages.
